Our Covid-19 Policy

For your safety

We want to ensure the safety of all our customers and staff in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have introduced a number of measures in line with government guidelines. Your cooperation with these guidelines is paramount to ensuring a safe environment throughout your visit.

• When you arrive you will notice new signage around the exterior and interior of the building. Please read and adhere to all signage instructions.
• Please use the provided hand sanitiser on entry. 
• All customers must be seated at a table. Food and drink must only be consumed at your designated table. Please do not mingle between groups or stand or drink at the bar.
• Your details such as name and a telephone number will be taken either when you place your booking or upon arrival. These details will be made available for the government’s “Track and Trace” programme, but will not be retained or used for any other purposes and will be securely disposed of after 21 days.
• We have introduced web-based ordering allowing you to order and pay for food and drinks via a smartphone during your visit. We are encouraging all customer to use this method of ordering as much as possible, but will have other means of ordering and payment available to those who cannot use the online system.
• Should you need to talk to a member of staff there will be a designated screen at the bar to communicate through.
• Toilets will be operated using a “one in, one out” system.
• Please keep your distance from other guests at all times.

We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines. At busy times you may be asked to wait until a table or toilet becomes available. Please be patient and polite while following directions from staff members.
